Refund policy
Returns
All returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. All sale items are final sale.
If the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, a refund will be made to your original method of payment. For our local customers, it can be returned physically in store. It may take several days for the refund to reflect on your account.
If the items is returned after the 7 days, but no later than 14 days, you will be issue a store credit. Store credits do not expire.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following are non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items.
- Evening gowns.
-Sale items.
-Earrings.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
